ABOUT OUR PERFUMES
Where are your perfumes made?
All our perfumes are created and handcrafted in Canada, in our London studio-lab.
What makes your perfumes niche?
All our fragrances are original. We explore unconventional themes and create scents that could be polarizing - some people will love them, while others may find them challenging. Each perfume has a story and a strong artistic identity, offering you a unique olfactory experience. Moreover, our perfumes are sold exclusively through our website as limited editions fragrances.
Are your perfumes Eau de Parfum or Eau de Toilette?
Our perfumes are Eau de Parfum. The perfume concentrate in the final fragrance is 15%.
How long do your perfumes last on the skin?
Our fragrances last 6 to 10 hours, and evolve on skin after applying it. It is important to remember that skin pH, climate etc. can influence the longevity of a fragrance.
What ingredients do you use in your perfumes?
We use high % of high-quality natural ingredients (by ISO 16128) and few, carefully selected, modern aromatic molecules. Full ingredient (INCI) lists are available on each product page.
Are your perfumes artificial colorants-free, phthalate-free and paraben-free?
Yes. All our perfumes are formulated without artificial colorants, phthalates or parabens.
Do your perfumes contain allergens?
Fragrances may contain naturally occurring allergens (e.g. limonene, linalool etc). We recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully if you have known sensitivities.
Are your fragrances safe to use for pregnant/breastfeeding women?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you should always check with your healthcare professional before using perfumes.
How should I store my perfume?
Store your perfume in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat, in their packaging.
ETHICAL & SUSTAINABILITY COMMITEMENTS
Are your perfumes cruelty-free?
Yes. All our perfumes are cruelty-free. We are committed to using ingredients that are ethically sourced and not tested on animals. We never test any of our perfumes or their ingredients on animals.
Are your perfumes vegan?
Our fragrances are vegan, except for Rapsodie D'Été Eau de Parfum that contains a very small amount of a bee-derived product (a byproduct of the natural beekeeping process).
What sustainable measures do you support?
Sustainability for us means prioritizing responsible suppliers and local sourcing of ingredients, small-batch production, use of minimal ingredients, minimal waste, use of recyclable packaging and bottles, eco-friendly labels, supporting Canadian reforestation efforts. At Olyantis, we implement all these measures.
Are you packaging and bottles recyclable?
Yes, our packaging and bottles are recyclable.
DISCOVERY SET & SAMPLES
Do you offer Discovery Sets or individual samples?
We offer a Discovery Set that includes 5 ml samples x 3, to explore our scents before committing to a full-size bottle. In addition, each 60 ml perfume bottle comes with a 5 ml sample to try your fragrance before opening the bottle. If the scent is not quite right for you, you can gift the perfume bottle to your friends or loved ones.
We do not sell individual samples for each perfume due to the high cost of shipping. It is not sustainable to ship one sample at the time.
PERSONALIZED SERVICES & GIFTING
Do you offer personalized services?
Yes. Premium gift packaging (customized gift boxes with ribbons) and personalized gift notes (custom handwritten messages) are available at checkout. Please add a note in your cart before checkout.
Can I ship a gift directly to the recipient?
Yes. Simply enter the recipient’s address and email at checkout and include your gift message.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship?
We currently ship only across Canada.
How long does shipping take?
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and are shipped Monday - Friday. Delivery times vary by destination, but typically range from 3–7 business days within Canada. For full information regarding shipping, please read our policy here.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours only if the product has not been processed for shipping or was shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within Canada. If you live outside Canada and are interested in purchasing our perfumes, please complete the form on our contact page here and we will add your name to the waiting list. We will then let you know when the products will be available in your region. Be aware that we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses and to countries that have restrictions in place for alcohol-based perfumes.
RETURNS &REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, opened or used perfumes are final sale and cannot be returned, except in the case of a verified defect or shipping damage. Please read the full Return & Refund policy here.
We always recommend that you try our fragrances through our Discovery Set (that includes 5 ml samples of 3 different fragrances) before any purchase of the regular size Eau de Parfums.
Moreover, we also provide an additional 5 ml sample to your purchased 60 ml eau de perfume, so you can try it before opening the bottle, and gift it to others if it does not suit you.
What if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, it is imperative to contact us within 2 days of delivery at support@olyantis.ca .We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund. Please read here.
