CONTESTS
This Site may, from time to time, contain contests that offer prizes or that require you to submit material or information about yourself. Each contest has its own rules, which you must read and agree to before you may enter. The winner will be picked fairly and randomly and will be awarded a small prize.

Electronic Gift Card Policy
At Olyantis, we love to provide our customers with various products and services. Please review the following policy regarding the use and terms of promotional electronic gift cards:
· Expiration of Electronic Gift Cards:
All purchased electronic gift cards have no expiration date. However, loyalty cards or club cards that are used to collect rewards or points expire within 30 days from the date of receiving it. In this case, the expiration date will be clearly stated in the email containing the loyalty or club gift card. Please ensure to use your electronic gift card before this date, as expired cards cannot be reissued or extended.
· Returns and Cancellations:
Electronic gift card cannot be returned after being purchased, and neither cancelled.
· Use of Electronic Gift Cards:
Electronic gift cards can be used towards the purchase of products on the Olyantis website. They cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.
· General Terms:
We reserve the right to modify or cancel the electronic gift card offer at any time, including adjusting the expiration period, eligibility criteria, and other terms.

SECTION 5 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Olyantis reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Olyantis confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Olyantis may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 6 - INTERNATIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
International Customers are responsible for verifying that their order complies with all laws and regulations of their respective countries. Our company is not liable for any items seized or confiscated by customs authorities. The customer acknowledges and agrees to bear all legal and regulatory responsibilities associated with their purchase.
Currency and Conversion Rates. Customers are responsible for any currency conversion charges incurred. Shopify will facilitate this in some cases. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in the same currency. We are not responsible for any loss due to currency fluctuation.
Limitation of Liability for International Use. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, our website or products under laws outside of our governing jurisdiction.
Force Majeure. We shall not be held responsible for the non-delivery or delayed delivery of products resulting from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, or customs delays.
Customs, Duties, and Additional Charges. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees associated with their order. These additional costs are beyond our control and may vary by country.
International Returns Policy. International orders are considered final and non-returnable.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges. Please note that you are responsible for paying additional taxes associated with your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 9 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website at checkout. Once an order has been placed, the shipping option cannot be modified and your order will be sent to the delivery address provided. Shipping costs for returns, when approved, are non-refundable.
As all of our packages are traced, proof of delivery from our provider will be deemed as conclusive evidence that the goods have been delivered to you.
If the product is a purchase of digital content, we will make the digital content available for download by you as soon as we accept your order.
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 19 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL Olyantis, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT (OR PRODUCT) POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.
SECTION 20 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Olyantis Inc. Shopify, and our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents.

If you are a consumer or a business, these terms and any disputes are governed by Canadian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
If a court finds part of this contract illegal, the rest will continue in force. Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
