1. Program Overview

The Rewards Program (the “Program”) is offered by Olyantis Inc. (“Olyantis”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The Program allows eligible customers to earn and redeem points, benefits, or rewards in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions, together with our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, apply to and govern your participation in the Program and your relationship with Olyantis. By registering for or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you should not register for or participate in the Program.

 

By registering for the Rewards Program, you may choose to receive promotional communications from us, including offers, news, and updates. Where required by applicable law, such communications will be sent only with your express consent. You may withdraw your consent or unsubscribe at any time. We process your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

 

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms & Conditions on our website and, where appropriate, by other means. The updated Terms & Conditions will indicate the effective date. Your continued participation in the Rewards Program following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. As such, we strongly encourage you to review all Terms & Conditions from time to time, including the Olyantis Rewards Program Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms & Conditions, you must discontinue your participation in the Rewards Program.

 

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Rewards Program, you must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence and maintain an active account on our website. Participation is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Olyantis employees, sub-contractors and/or their agents may not participate in the Rewards Program.

3. Enrollment

Enrollment in the Rewards Program occurs when you create a customer account and opt into the Program. Participation is free and voluntary. Making a purchase does not automatically enroll you unless you choose to join the Program. Marketing communications are optional and subject to your separate consent, where required by applicable law.

 

Access to your points balance, transaction history, and the ability to redeem rewards is available only to customers with an active account. We encourage you to create an account to fully enjoy the benefits and rewards offered through the Program.

 

We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to refuse or revoke enrollment where permitted by applicable law.

 

4. Earning Rewards

Points or rewards may be earned through qualifying actions, such as creating an account, providing a birthday, making purchases, reviewing your product purchased in writing or by video, referring others, engaging with us on social media, subscribing to our newsletter, enrolling in subscriptions, or participating in select promotional activities, as specified by us from time to time.

 

Not all actions may be available at all times, and eligibility may vary by region or customer status.

 

We reserve the right to modify eligible actions, earning rules, or point values, provided that such changes are made in accordance with applicable laws and communicated where required.

 

VIP Level 1: Insider (0–299 points)

• Earn 1 point per $1 spent
• Birthday reward: 25 points (after first purchase)
• Early access to new launches (24 hours)
• Access to seasonal events and curated offers

VIP Level 2: Iconic (300–799 points)

• Earn 1.1 points per $1 spent
• Birthday reward: 50 points
• Early access to new launches (48 hours)
• Access to seasonal events and curated offers
• Occasional complimentary samples with purchase
• Priority access to limited releases

VIP Level 3: Elite (800+ points)

• Earn 1.25 points per $1 spent
• Birthday reward: 75 points
• Complimentary shipping within Canada on qualifying orders
• Early access to new launches (72 hours)
• Priority access to limited and seasonal releases
• Occasional exclusive gifts or discovery sets
• Invitations to exclusive events and private previews

Benefits, rewards, thresholds, and availability are subject to change and may vary in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Olyantis may modify the Rewards Program, including available rewards and benefits, from time to time, in accordance with applicable laws.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for unauthorized use of Points, including where access to your account results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Points are personal to your account, have no cash value, and may not be transferred, assigned, or combined with another account for the purpose of redeeming rewards.

The Rewards Program is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Any commercial use or misuse of the Program may result in suspension or termination of your participation.

 

We reserve the right to audit accounts and adjust or revoke Points where we reasonably believe misuse, fraud, or abuse has occurred.

 

5. Expiration

Members earn points when they make qualifying purchases from Olyantis or complete eligible actions, as defined in these Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise specified, points expire 12 months after the date they are earned.

 

6. Redemption

Reward points are promotional benefits, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, points are non-transferable and do not constitute property, stored value, or a personal asset. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue points or rewards for legal, operational, or commercial reasons, in accordance with applicable laws.

Points may not be combined with other discounts, savings, or promotions unless expressly stated otherwise.

We may establish minimum redemption thresholds, expiration periods, and usage limits from time to time. Rewards may be redeemed once a Member has accumulated at least 500 points and meets any applicable minimum purchase requirement (e.g., a minimum purchase value of $50, excluding taxes and shipping, after discounts).

These terms apply to all accumulation and use of points. If a transaction is refunded, cancelled, or otherwise adjusted, the corresponding points may be deducted or adjusted accordingly.

Points may be forfeited if a Member’s account is closed, terminated, or if the Rewards Program is discontinued, subject to applicable law. 

7. Account & Responsibility

Account information is accessible to Members through their account on our website at olyantis.ca. Members may update their personal details online at any time.

If you believe that any information in your account is inaccurate, you may request a correction. We may require reasonable verification to process such requests.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for safeguarding your login credentials. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to protect your login information.

 

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to an account where we reasonably suspect unauthorized use or security concerns.

 

8. Rewards Program Changes and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program, or any part of it, for legal, operational, or commercial reasons, in accordance with applicable laws. Where required, we will provide reasonable notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability under these Terms & Conditions is limited to direct losses suffered as a result of our breach. Where appropriate, this may include correcting errors, such as crediting points that were incorrectly deducted or not properly applied.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a Member’s account where we reasonably believe that the Member has breached these Terms & Conditions, provided false or misleading information, or engaged in misuse, abusive, defamatory, or unlawful conduct.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. You agree that the courts of Canada, Ontario shall have jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with Terms & Conditions or their subject matter.

 

9. Abuse and Fair Use

We reserve the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to revoke points or rewards, suspend accounts, or terminate participation where we reasonably believe that misuse, fraud, manipulation, or abuse of the Program has occurred, including attempts to circumvent its intended operation.

 

10. Communications & how to unsubscribe from marketing communications

By participating in the Rewards Program, you agree to receive communications related to the administration and operation of the Program.

Marketing communications, including promotional offers, are optional and will be sent only in accordance with your consent preferences and applicable laws. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Transactional or service-related communications may still be sent where necessary for the administration of the Program.

 

A Member may terminate their Rewards account at any time through their account on our website at olyantis.ca or by contacting us at support@olyantis.ca or via the contact details provided on our website.

 

11. Privacy

These Rewards Program Terms & Conditions, together with our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, apply to the Olyantis Rewards Program (the “Program”) and govern your participation in the Program and your relationship with Olyantis Inc.

By registering for or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. We collect and use only the personal data necessary to administer and operate the Program. Further information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, including your rights, is set out in our Privacy Policy.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:

• system errors, interruptions, or technical malfunctions affecting the operation of the Rewards Program;
• loss, delay, or miscalculation of points or rewards, except where such errors are caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care;

Where an error occurs, we will use reasonable efforts to investigate and, where appropriate, correct the issue, including adjusting points or rewards.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. You agree that the courts of Ontario, Canada shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions.

Consumers in the EU retain mandatory rights under local law.
